The assessment fee is fully credited toward cleanup commenced within 30 days — any unused credit applies to your first month of monthly service. Once you're current, we move you onto the right monthly plan. No judgment, just solutions.

The T5018 Statement of Contract Payments is a CRA filing required for construction businesses that pay subcontractors. If you use subs, you're likely required to file it annually.
